A intermediate sized paring knife featuring an 105mm long semi stainless core, with stainless cladding. This type of cutting edge can be considered high carbon, but with a touch more corrosion resistance. The handle is an extra long octagon profile in stabilised Turkish Walnut, with copper and white g10 spacers. Excellent for tasks where a full size knife is cumbersome.
